As we all have heard the saying “tomorrow never comes” is something so many people say inside. This is critical problem with how our mindset works. We tend to loss hope of how we want happiness to be created in us. Our vision is just not there some time when we start to think about it. But once we strive for what we really want happiness starts to happen. I have heard it all in the past and I was a victim of it and that is saying to myself tomorrow will never come. I learned one thing and that is if I put my dreams into the future it will always remain there. In this post you are going to learn how to overcome that problem of postponing your happiness.

Are You Happy?

Many of us have not asked ourselves this question are we really happy right now? It might be possible you are running into financial problems, family problems, or a low self esteem. In all these areas of your life you might be hurting and not be able to see happiness. I’m going to explain something if you are thinking being rich creates happiness, that is not true. The reason why its because there are so many rich people today who get divorce, never have freedom because they are constantly alone with nobody loving them but people trying to use them. Believe it or not but there are a ton of rich people who are not happy. Now family problems is big now and the reason for that is because divorces, children separating from their parents, and stress. Low self esteem is big today and that is the core of not being happy. Having a low self esteem can cause serious damage into becoming happy in life. I am going to give you a list of ways to becoming happy today and not think about happiness being postpone.

Staying Positive
Ask yourself another question are you positive? Through out the day its important to stay positive. The best way to stay positive is by saying affirmations daily.

Smile
Smiling is key if you are the type of person who does not smile than you are losing alot of happiness inside you. The more you smile the more good things happen. It can fight stress inside you when you smile.

Listening to self development audios
Self development audios works very well. Daily its recommendable to listen to 20-45 minutes of self development audio. This is important because you are listening to positive words instead of negative. Words that motivate you in creating happiness.

Stay Away From Negative News
Listening to negative news can hurt you but the best way to prevent it is by staying away friends who are too negative and start getting together with positive people.

Exercising
Exercising is very important when it comes to stress. Exercising helps you think better and improve your health.  Not only does it improve your health but it helps you feel better about yourself.
