If you are reading this post its because you are interested in learning how to say powerful words to relief stress.  Did you know Monday is the most stressful day of the week for most people. Its the day most heart attacks occur and the reason why its because of stress.  Most people get back to work on Monday and you know what that means people are stressed out because its not Friday.  Stress can kill you if you do not know how to handle it.  I can tell you from experience I have seen so many people who are nice on Fridays not being friendly on Monday and its because of stress.  Question you have to ask yourself is this what you want in your life?  NO!! You want happiness and that is what I am going to show you in this post.

Step One-You need to always surround yourself with positive people who are always happy and make you happy.  Being around negative people can harm you big time.

Step Two-Exercising can help you relief stress.
